Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson, an American producer and singer, is also a songwriter. She is known best for her part on her role in the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer as Tara Maclay. She also produced, directed and appeared in her own films Chance and Lovers Liars & Lunatics. In addition, she appeared part of the film Kiss the Bride. Benson was born on the 8th of January 1977. She was born in Birmingham Alabama the daughter of Diane Benson and Edward Benson a psychiatrist. Danielle Benson is her artistic younger sister. Benson was a member of a Reform Jewish synagogue as she grew as a child. Her mother, who was Southern Baptist and raised Jewish through her father, is too Jewish. Benson has appeared in numerous movies and TV shows in the years since Buffy was over, most notably The Killing Jar. Her talents as a writer were put to use on Ghosts of Albion, and she directed Drones (2010). Buffy claims that she's discovered and counted over 1800 Slayers with 500 who are part of members of the Scooby Gang. Slayers can be active after their abilities are mature enough. Soledad for example became an Slayer when she was sixteen. Ruth Connell to play Rowena in the upcoming season 10 of Supernatural. According to reports, she's an old-school mysterious witch.
